Hello!
Canonically Rei is about... 500-600kg (1,000-1,300lbs). When it came to dragons I thought, well, in European fantasy they're like large reptiles, and the saltwater croc apparently start at around 450kg and can go up to 2 tonnes (4,400lbs) so... Vainglorious dragons fit somewhere in there, maybe more.
Rei of course, is small. And also if we think back to the multiple crashing moments in this comic, we can deduce that everyone who's sustained direct impact with Rei has steel reinforced spines. Or that Rei's hair is and Excellent shock absorber.
Don't ask me how tall/long dragons can get in this story — that simply depends on the Vibes of the Moment.
